Terms & Conditions of Entry

The below terms and conditions relate to entry in the Halloween Spooktacular Fancy Dress competition which will run from from Saturday 25th October - Sunday 2nd November 2025.

• Only one entry per family is permitted into this draw.
• Entries will open at 9.30am on Saturday the 25th of October 2024 and will close at 4pm on Sunday 2nd November 2025
• Woburn Safari Park will select one winner at random from all of the entries received over the eight days of the competition. 
• There will be one overall winner.
• The winner will receive the following prizes: a VIP upclose animal encounter for up to 4 people, valid for use until 9/11/2026 
• The winner will be contacted directly by email on Sunday 9th Novemeber 2026.
• The prize is non-transferable (except as a charitable donation, and this can only be done on written request) and there is no cash alternative.
• Transport is not provided to and from the park. The Road Safari and Foot Safari at Woburn Safari Park are only accessible in your own vehicle.
• Transport costs, spending money and other expenses are not included.
• Standard terms and conditions for entry will apply to each winner and their guests.
• In the event that the promoter does not receive any communication from the winner within 10 working days of the initial notification, the promoter reserves the right to cancel prize entitlement and award that prize to an alternative randomly selected entrant, in which case the promoter is under no obligation to the previous winner.
• Woburn Enterprises as the promoter, to the fullest extent allowed by law, accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation or the acceptance of the prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
• The prize draw is open to all aged 18 years or over excluding Woburn Safari Park and associated partner’s employees and their families, Woburn Safari Park board members, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
• We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw and/or the Event if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
• Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Any personal contact data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK GDPR (general data protection regulations) and shall only be used to administer the competition. Data will not be used to contact the individual for marketing purposes without the entrant’s prior consent
